Senior Years Update

 Year 11 

Our Y11 students have been busy engaging in transition programs and completing their headshots and resumes in our wellbeing program. The students also helped to organise and run an exciting Dunk Tank stall at our Fair, to raise funds for REACH Siem Reap. A huge thank you to the staff who volunteered to be dunked! This week we will be inviting the Y11 students into our SILC study area for a shared pizza lunch and turning our attention to end of year examinations. 

Year 12 

Farewell to the Class of 2024 and best wishes for your examination period. Last week we culminated our celebrations with the Class of 2024. This included a shared lunch and letter sharing on Monday and their formal Valedictory assembly on Tuesday. 

It was wonderful to celebrate their achievements with parents, families and the wider school community. There is little doubt that this year level has made an indelible mark on the history of Shelford, and we wish them all the best. Our captains included the below poem as part of their final speech to the school and I thought it was pertinent to share with the school community.
