Year 7 Update

In an exciting opportunity, a group of six of our Year 7 students attended the Year 3 & 4 camp. This experience allowed them to engage with younger students, develop leadership skills, and create lasting memories.

Below, two of the students reflect on their experience.

Attending camp was an amazing experience for us Year 7s, especially since we weren’t able to attend previously due to COVID. Not only did we learn essential leadership skills, but we also participated in many fun activities such as the ‘Giant Swing.’ I am truly grateful for having this opportunity. - Olivia B

It was an amazing opportunity to help and support the year 3 and 4s on their camp. One of my highlights would be roasting marshmallows and playing games around the campfire after dinner. We all had so much fun. - Violet N

Additionally, the recent school fair was a tremendous success, with the Year 7 students making a memorable contribution through their Cake Stall. This activity gave them a chance to work together as a team, baking and selling delicious treats. They chose a cheerful pink and purple theme for their decorations, collaboratively priced each item, and ran the stall with enthusiasm and dedication. Thank you to all of the Year 7 students, parents and teachers who baked treats for the day.
