A Strong Start to 2026

Parent / Teacher / Student Conference

Parent / Student / Teacher Conferences – A Strong Start to 2026

Over three days, 18th, 19th and 29th February, we were pleased to host our Parent / Student / Teacher Conferences. These meetings provided a valuable opportunity for teachers and Education Support (ES) staff to connect with parents and guardians to discuss student goals for the year ahead.

Throughout the conferences, Student Support Group (SSG) meetings were also conducted. These discussions focused on how each student learns best and what supports PRC can put in place to ensure every learner is set up for success. Individual Education Plans (IEPs) were developed and refined, outlining clear academic goals and personalised strategies to support students in achieving their outcomes.

The face-to-face appointments were very well attended over the 3 days, reflecting the strong partnership between home and school. It was wonderful to see students actively involved in conversations about their learning, sharing their aspirations and contributing to planning for their own success.

These conferences are always a positive way to commence the school year. They allow us to build strong relationships, welcome many new families into our community, and ensure that communication channels are open from the outset. The collaboration between families, teachers, and ES staff sets a solid foundation for a productive and successful year.

We look forward to the year ahead, confident that our students are ready to learn, grow, and achieve their personal best. Thank you to all families for your continued support and partnership.
