This week our school was truly living up to our motto with so many wonderful things to celebrate!

Masses

What a joy it was on Thursday to celebrate the Feast day of our school's patron: St Joseph. The tradition of an outdoor mass is always a memorable one for our congregation and afterwards our students enjoyed a Zooper Dooper as a special treat.

A special congratulations to our Mini Vinnies team for 2026; all leaders have been presented with their badges and have made their pledge for the year.

Mini Vinnies

Our massive squad of students who are determined to make a positive difference in their worlds have been allocated teams. They have already been busy with the upcoming guessing competition and Free-Hat Fridays which will raise money for Caritas. They have also helped out with the mass and are in planning for Holy Week liturgies. They have kept a close eye on the playground for anyone on the buddy bench and have helped spread kindness.

Lenten Groups

A reminder that we are meeting together in prayer and discussion each Tuesday at 4pm during Lent in the school library. We are using a hybrid of the 'Sycamore' and 'Compassio' programs this year which keeps things different and fresh! Everyone is most welcome to join this group which usually goes for an hour. Come for one, some or all! No RSVP necessary; "Come as you are".

If you have any questions regarding masses, Religion, or general queries please be in contact with me; no question is too small or too hard and I am only a phone call or email away! I am only too happy to try and be of help.

God bless,

Deb McDouall
