We concluded our last session of tennis for P.E this week. It has been a really fun experience and we thank Tom from the Northwest Tennis Academy for his great lessons. Our captains presented him with a gift on behalf of our school.

Our hockey players are enjoying the Tamworth comp. Both teams had convincing wins this week. Keep up the amazing work!

We headed out to the Sportsground today to practise for the Cross Country Carnival, which is fast approaching. Make sure it's in your calendar, Thursday 2nd April. We are once again asking for parent volunteers to help out on the day with checkpoints. Our P&F will have morning and lunch available for purchase.
Boys from year 3/4 and 5/6 who already play rugby have been invited to join with the Barraba Central School to compete in a Rugby Union 7's Gala day in Tamworth. There will be a training session at school on Wednesday afternoon during P.E. Thank you to Dave Crowley and Trent Hartwig for offering to help coach the 3/4 team and Mrs Lowe from BCS for coordinating the 5/6 team.
