Monash Scholars

We are delighted to congratulate Celina W-M (10.4), Sherah S (10.4) and Steffan S (10.2) who have each been successfully selected to participate in the prestigious Monash Scholars Program. This is a fantastic achievement and recognises their academic potential, community involvement, enthusiasm and commitment to exploring their future pathways.
The Monash Scholars Program provides high-achieving Victorian students in Years 10–12 with an exclusive opportunity to engage with Monash University and experience university life while still at school. Selected students are given a unique head start in exploring their interests, developing their skills and building confidence as they consider their future study and career options.
Across Years 10–12, Monash Scholars participate in a range of on-campus activities, events and experiences, committing approximately 20 hours each year to the program. Students have the opportunity to build networks with like-minded peers, explore career ambitions through exposure to Monash's courses and faculties, develop personal aspirations and gain enhanced learning experiences that complement their studies at school.
The program also provides students with opportunities to develop valuable skills such as networking, teamwork and leadership, while gaining a greater understanding of what it is like to be a university student. Students who later gain a place at Monash University can continue to access benefits through leadership and ambassador opportunities.
We are incredibly proud of our Monash Scholars and look forward to seeing them make the most of this exciting opportunity over the next three years. Congratulations to all three students on this well-deserved achievement!
