Our Accounts Receivable team is here to assist families navigate the different payment methods and financial resources available. We have moved away from cash payments however we still accept them for small, one-off payments. Invoices are raised for Student Resource Scheme fees, camps, excursion and are emailed to the nominated parent/guardian fee payer. Here is a look at the most common payment methods you’ll encounter:
Preferred Method
Online Portals and Apps:
QParents and BPoint is a secure online platform or mobile app for all payments. This is the preferred option to pay fees, like Student Resource Scheme and camps fees. It has the convenience to pay anytime, anywhere and you can typically use a credit card, debit card or even a bank transfer through these systems. You can also look for features like payment history and the ability to set up recuring payments, invoice details etc.
Direct Debit/Bank Transfer:
You can set up a direct debit from your bank account which automates payments and helps you budget. Our bank account details:

Statements are sent to families as a reminder twice monthly.

We understand that families can face challenges and often there are support options available. This includes payment plans for larger expenses, schools may offer a payment plan that allows you to spread the cost out over the school year in smaller more manageable instalments.
