The Spear Newsletter

St Thomas the Apostle Catholic Primary School has been established to provide a quality education in the Catholic tradition for families in the Cranbourne East area.

St Thomas The Apostle PS acknowledges the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation who are the traditional custodians of the land on which the school is built. We pay our respects to the Elders past a present for they hold the memories, traditions, the culture and hope of Indigenous Australia.

Leadership Communication Banner Photo
Leadership Communication It has been a pleasure to see how settled our students are across the school. Classrooms are calm and purposeful, with strong routines in place and learning happening everywhere. Students are engaged, asking thoughtful questions and showing growing independence and responsibility. , The consistency of expectations and the quality of teaching are clearly supporting both wellbeing and academic growth., Thank you to our staff for the professionalism and care you bring each day, and to our families for your ongoing partnership. This shared commitment creates the conditions for students to flourish., Parent Code of Conduct Reminder, To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all children, we remind families that concerns must always be addressed through the appropriate channels. Parents must never approach another child to resolve an issue., Our school process is clear. If you have a concern, your first point of contact is always your child’s classroom teacher. You can reach out via email, or contact the school administration team and ask them to notify the teacher that you would like a phone call or to arrange a short meeting., This approach ensures that matters are handled fairly, calmly and with full understanding of the context. We value open communication and are committed to working together respectfully to support every child’s wellbeing and learning., Kind regards, Sarah Chappell, Religous Education Leader
