4W

This fortnight, 4W has been learning about Australia's famous "Big Things" and investigating the Spanish and Portuguese Empires to understand their role in exploration and trade. 

In Literacy, students have been learning how to punctuate direct speech correctly and have been developing their writing by creating single paragraph outlines before drafting. These planning skills are helping students organise their ideas more effectively.

In Auslan, students have been developing weather reports using signs for different weather conditions and presenting them to the class. We look forward to sharing more of our learning over the coming weeks.
