After School Homework Program (ASH)

The Wellbeing Team at Lalor Secondary College, in partnership with The Smith Family proudly supports students in their learning journey through the After School Homework Program (ASH).

ASH will commence in Week 3 (Tuesday, 10th February) and will run most Tuesdays from pm – 4pm in the College Library throughout the year. This initiative provides students with a structured and supportive environment to complete their homework, with assistance from teachers and trained volunteer tutors.

Students are encouraged to bring their digital devices for educational purposes and can also access library resources, including computers, the internet, and wellbeing staff. While students have the flexibility to leave early, please note that those who do so must leave school grounds instantly and either make their way home or be collected by a parent, guardian, or carer.

The ASH program is open to all students, but parent / guardian / carer consent is required. Consent forms are available at the General Office or the Wellbeing Space. Additionally, students arriving after 3:30pm may only participate if they have a valid reason.

We encourage students to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to enhance their learning in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment. For more information, please contact the Wellbeing Team.

In Health & Happiness,

The Wellbeing Team
