Meet our Disability Inclusion Team

I am Kirralee Radford, the Learning Specialist for Disability Inclusion at the college. 

At LSC our teaching staff and a team of dedicated Educational Support workers strive to ensure that each student’s academic, social and wellbeing needs are being met.

As part of the DI program, you can expect to receive frequent communication and updates regarding your child’s progress. I will meet with you each term to discuss teacher feedback and set achievable and measurable goals with your child. 

To provide the most comprehensive support possible, I ask that any reports or assessments from medical professionals are passed on to me at the college. This will help provide strategies and feedback to teachers on the best way to engage your child.

As part of our team’s role, you might hear from us if teachers feel your child needs additional support in class. Adjustments and modifications consist of differentiated classwork and assessment tasks to best support your child's learning, understanding, and academic achievement during their schooling.
