Sister Act - get those rafters ringing!

Norwood’s 2026 Musical Production certainly has the Karralyka rafters ringing this week. We received rapturous applause, squeals of delight and raucous chants for the awkwardly charismatic Sweaty Eddie from the wonderful audience attending Wednesday’s matinee performance. The audience comprised of 260 primary school students, who relished the slapstick and romantic elements, and approximately 50 senior citizens, whose quieter titters indicated an appreciation of the more cerebral and adult humour.

It’s been a huge few weeks of Sitzprobes, extended and weekend rehearsals, bump-in, dress runs and the matinee, so we will let some of the pictures from Tuesday night’s tech run give you a glimpse of what our phenomenal ensemble, orchestra, tech-crew, and set builders have achieved!

The matinee has us all pumped for the evening performances this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
