From the Year 5 Classroom
The grade 5's had a blast at their Sovereign Hill camp in Ballarat. While the nights were chilly, the sun was shining during the day and everyone was able to enjoy the activities.
The educational sessions were highly engaging but I think we can all agree that the raspberry drops were the highlight.
In Literacy students have been working on writing a biography on a person of their choice where they have been excited to research, collate and present their information.
In maths we are focusing on time.
You can discuss reading the time, timetables, 24-hour time and elapsed time with your child at home.
We hope to see parents attend our open class walk through in the afternoon on Friday 31st May.
