Happy Book Week!! (24-28 August) 

Book Week Parade

Book Week Parade will be held on Thursday, 27 August at 9:15am in the Gym.

Students are invited to come dressed as their favourite book character and join us as we celebrate the wonderful world of stories! 

There will be lots of fun activities for students to participate in during Book Week!

How Many Green Sheep?

Students can keep an eye out for the Green Sheep hiding around the school and see how many they can find.

Who Joined the Boogie Woogie Band?Some of our staff members have joined the Boogie Woogie Animal Band! Students can try to guess which staff member is hiding behind the book. This will be displayed on the Gym window.

Guess the Book Scene

Each day, a new book scene will be displayed outside the Library. Students can guess which book the scene comes from.

 I Spy

An I Spy display will be on the Library window for students to enjoy throughout the week.

You still have the weekend to get your Bingo Reading Challenge entry in! 

Davina and Hamish are reading their way through the challenge — we can’t wait to see everyone’s entries!

Remember to send your photos to the Library so we can share them in our Book Week display.

$20 Book Club Vouchers to Be Won!

Every correct entry gives students a chance to win!  Each correct answer across our Book Week activities will go into the draw to win a $20 Book Club voucher.

Book Club Issue 6

Book Club Issue 6 was sent home earlier this week.

Orders close Friday, 28 August to ensure books are delivered before the end of term.
