Character Strengths
A key part of the curriculum we teach here at Skye is based on Wellbeing. Each year level has a scope and sequence of lessons that covers topics including:
Berry Street Education Model (incorporating our Ready to Learn Plans and Scales)
Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR) curriculum
School Wide Positive Behaviour Supports (SWPBS)
Bullying and Prevention
Zones of Regulation
This term in particular, our lessons have focused on 'Identifying Character'.
It is important that we foster our young people to identify their strengths, aligning with personal and school values.
