Victorian State School Spectacular
The 2023 Victorian State Schools Spectacular (VSSS) returned for its annual extravaganza for two shows on Saturday 9 September 2023 at 1pm and 6:30pm at John Cain Arena.
17 students from Greensborough College were part of the show which followed an intrepid group of hapless tourists as they traverse the globe in a cavalcade of circus mayhem. The arena audience was amazed by giant puppets and a dazzling circus fairground with awe inspiring aerialists, with music delivered from the Pacific, Japan, Britain, Italy and Australia’s First Nations.
Over 2000 students from around the state completed the extraordinary eight-month preparation for the VSSS extravaganza, with 16 Greensborough College students participating in the Mass Dance, and 1 student taking on an incredibly important behind-the-scenes role in the vision team.
We congratulate the Greensborough College students on their hard work and thank our staff for supported this amazing program.
