2021 Science Competitions
The Big Science Competition was cancelled last year when we first experienced school closure due to COVID-19 pandemic. Although the problems with this pandemic continue this year, we were lucky to host the Big Science Competition again this year for students interested in science across Years 7 to 10.

2021 Education Perfect Science Championship
I would also like to acknowledge students who have shown incredible initiative in answering almost 90,000 questions in the 2021 Education Perfect Science Championship during Science Week last term! Your remarkable effort has led Killester to the 7th position on the leader board in Victoria, 22nd position in Australia and 31st position globally out of 2,012 schools that took part! Special mention to four students: Kelly Lao, Krisha Kancharla, Cheryl Bosco and Geilee Dandunnage, each has received an Elite Award by scoring more than 10,000 points!
Well done and congratulations to everyone who participated! All certificates will be given out to students when resume back to onsite learning later in Term 4.
