Prayer for World Teachers Day

Dear God,

Thank-you for the teachers who work hard to educate the children of the world, especially those working at Killester College. 

The time that you spend helping others is appreciated. 

Without teachers it would not be possible for us to become beauticians, chefs, nurses, early childhood teachers, musicians, actors or scientists. 

Therefore having teachers who enable us to enter every field is essential.

Teachers make us feel welcomed, safe, loved, protected. 

They have fun and make our learning and future career paths easy. 

We hope that all teachers understand how much we appreciate them and if there were no teachers in the world then us, the students, wouldn’t be successful.

God, thank-you for blessing us such wonderful people in our lives - the teachers and for the gift of education that they give us.
