Catholic Performing Arts Festival Update

St Norbert College has continued to shine in the Catholic Performing Arts Festival over the last few weeks, mainly consisting of solo/duet performances from our woodwinds and our guitarists. Particular congratulations to Elijah Edmonds who received an Excellence Certificate for his performance at Zenith Music in Claremont. The Dance section took place on Thursday, 19 August at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre in the city with performances by the Canons Hip Hop Crew, the Senior Dance Team and the Junior Dance Team. The Senior and Junior Teams both took home Certificates of Merit, while the Hip Hop Crew were awarded an Outstanding Certificate for their performance. Congratulations to all involved, in particular Bianca Valenti (Canons Hip Hop Crew Captain), Miss Annie Miller and Miss Kelsey Zampino who have all worked so hard to prepare for this. A big shout out too goes to Mrs Kathryn Crocker whose work in preparing the dance teams prior to taking leave should not go unnoticed!
