Middle School News

The Year 9 and 10 cohort have really made the most of the interrupted Term 4 so far.

The Year 10 students in particular have been involved in the Commencement program, which has enabled them to get a taste of the expectations and requirements of life as a Year 11 student in 2022.

Staff and students have really enjoyed the program so far which is a testament to the commitment they have to approaching 2022 with a positive mindset. The college has continued to support the Year 10's in preparing them for life after high school with visits from Monash University to help guide students who are looking to continue tertiary studies after high school .

The Year 9 cohort have been participating in numerous activities in Mentoring including a Minute to Win It challenges that tested their patience, and team work. They have all demonstrated great resilience this year adapting to remote learning and are looking forward to celebrating the end of the school year with a trip to Lysterfield lake on the 10th of December. The day will consist of a BBQ lunch, bush walking, mountain bike riding, various sporting activities and picnic style activities. A great way to end the school year and celebrate all the students achievements.

All the best for 2022
