Food Technology

Today for food and technology class, we travelled by bus to Fortuna to do some cooking. We made raspberry and white chocolate muffins! We followed a recipe from our tech booklets to make sure they were cooked to perfection. I worked with Sarah Crosby and we helped each other complete each step. My favourite part of the lesson was mixing all the ingredients together and putting the mixture in the patty’s, we were pretty proud we didn’t spill any mixture on the muffin trays! After taking the muffins out from the oven, some of them had exploded, but they still looked awesome and perfectly golden. Miss Membrey taste-tested mine and she said they were super fluffy and delicious! After taste-testing, everyone helped clean up so we could go back to school and enjoy the muffins for recess.
