Year 10 Introduction to Exercise Physiology


The Year 10 IEP class has started 2022 with a bang. 

 

So far, we’ve looked at Training Methods and Body Systems. Last Monday, we worked on labelling different bones and muscles in the body and how they contribute to movement and the functioning of the body. In our Friday class we are completing our own training plan that we created. 

We have been going to Richmond CrossFit on Thursdays. The classes are run by Adam and Kath and their cute dog Coach Millie, and we’re working on learning functional movements such as bench press, squats, and deadlifts. The sessions are a lot of sweaty fun.
