Rob Hulls Visit

Last month former Victorian Attorney General Rob Hulls visited the school to talk to our Year 12 Legal Studies students.

He spoke about his career in the law, from being a young naïve lawyer representing Indigenous people in Northern Queensland, to ultimately becoming the Victorian Attorney General, his achievements were substantial and inspiring.

As the architect and driving force behind landmark initiatives such as the Koori Court and the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities, it was fascinating to hear Rob’s story.

Rob was very generous with his time and spent almost an hour answering a variety of questions from our highly interested students. His key message was to strive to achieve your goals and never listen to those people who tell you that you can’t achieve them.

MGC is incredibly grateful for Mr. Hull’s time.
