Sprout 

Hello everyone,

Sprout is finally up and running with a full menu, cafe, and take home meals! Please read the menu and check for prices as there have been some small increases. We cannot wait to get back to some sense of normal and look forward to seeing you in the mornings for a coffee and a chat.

Take home meals will be weekly on a Monday, starting today, and we generally have some left for those who cannot make it in on a Monday at pick up, so check in to see what we have on offer. Prices for take home meals start at $15 per litre, there may be some slight variations from week to week, depending on what is on offer, but this will be minimal. 

This term we have a pasta bake for lunch on Tuesdays, don't forget to provide a container and an eating utensil if you are ordering this meal! Otherwise we are offering some Sprout favourites to help get us back into the swing of things. 

Sprout is looking for some volunteers to assist on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 11:30am.  If you have some time to spare a hand please contact Kris at sproutcanteen@gmail.com
