Plant & Produce Market & Mud Stomp!

THIS FRIDAY

We are getting excited about gathering on school grounds with our BNWPS school community!

Please note: This event is for BNWPS families only and is not open to the public.

We want to share a little more information about the activities that will take place on Friday as part of the mighty Mud Stomp event.

We have many new families in our community who have not experienced a Plant & Produce market. We are so excited that we are back in action!

There are usually 1-2 Plant & Produce markets each term, with each one being run by the parents/carers of a year level. The funds raised contribute to the portion of locally raised funds that the school uses to cover the costs of additional learning programs, school improvements or student-led projects.

This Friday we welcome parents/carers from any year level to help us run the stall. To set up, sell, and pack up and/or to make, bake, create or donate goods to sell.

If you would like to be involved in helping with the mud stomp and music or donating to or assisting at the Plant & Produce Market, please let us know by sharing your availability and/or what you will bring on this document.

Items for sale include baked goods (cookies, cupcakes, gingerbreads, slices), craft items (cards, small gifts, plants, jewellery) or any fresh or preserved goods from your veggie garden.

  • Items can be brought to the undercover area from 3pm or dropped to the office at any time on Friday. Please provide an ingredients list. The market will run from approximately 3.30-4.30pm.
  • A team of around 6 people will be needed from 2.30pm on Friday to set up and run the market stall. CET reps will be there to show you what needs to be done.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and a current Working With Children certificate will be required for those who are volunteering in any capacity at this event. Please show this at the school office or to a CET rep Friday afternoon.
  • We would love to have you join us! It’s a fun way to meet some of your fellow BNWPS community and share in the excitement that sweet treats bring to our little ones.
