Transition: 2022 Year 7

Year 7 Transition 

The Year Advisors for 2022 are Ms Gemma Cameron and Ms Millie Graham. Year Advisors are responsible for supporting the wellbeing of students and will work with them from Year 6 to Year 12. Ms Cameron and Ms Graham are very excited and looking forward to getting to know our new students and families.

We will have a Parent Information Zoom session on Tuesday, 19 October starting at 6.00 pm.

This zoom session will be an opportunity for parents to meet staff involved in supporting students in 2022. There will also be opportunities for parents to ask questions at the end of the session. A zoom link will be emailed closer to the date.

In the event of COVID preventing transition activities,  Ms Cameron and Ms Graham will be starting a Transition website in readiness for Term 4. It will include information, videos and pictures. In addition, students will be able to send their questions to a "Transition FAQ" forum where they will be answered for all Year 6 students to see. A link to the website will be provided via email to all students who have submitted an EOI or enrolment form.  

In the meantime, we have already posted a short video on our Facebook and website pages featuring current Year 7 students providing a little bit of background and encouragement for next years' incoming students.

Ms Cameron and Ms Graham also would like to send a big thank you to all Year 6 students who've completed and returned their "All About Me" surveys :)
