CQUniversity Schools Business Challenge
On Tuesday 27th April, four of Year 12 Humanities students attended the CQUniversity Schools Business Challenge. The Challenge consisted of 40 multiple-choice questions relating to four categories: business and management, economics and law, accounting, and general knowledge.
We competed against various schools in Cairns and greater Queensland. We placed 2nd in the Far North Queensland division finishing just three points behind the winner. The overall experience was very valuable to the students as they had to work as a team to problem solve each question given. It was privilege to compete against other schools and to experience this on a university campus.
The team, consisting of Stephanie Malahoff, Ashlee Casey, Ethan Carlisleand myself, Aryan Nair, are to be congratulated on a fantastic achievement.
