Professional Learning

On Thursday 16th June, staff have their Professional Practice Day. 

The DET state that each teacher is entitled to one day per term release from their scheduled duties, including teaching, to focus on the improved delivery of high quality teaching and learning. At Woodmans Hill, we will have our Term 2 Professional Practice Day (PPD) on the same day allowing an opportunity for staff to collaborate where needed.

Please note that this is a  **student free day**.

Curriculum Provision

Over the course of the last few weeks, students in Year 9 have been surveyed for their elective preference. As the decision on what electives are run are based on student sign up, within the realm of offering a curriculum provision that has scope to meet the Curriculum Standards.

Assessment

Year 10 and 11 exams have now taken place. This week the Year 7 – 9 students will be completing their exams at scheduled times. These exam timetables are located on Compass.
