NHS GREEN TEAM PRESENTS ENVIRO WEEK!

MONDAY 19TH – FRIDAY 23RD AUGUST

JOIN US FOR FILM SCREENINGS, GUEST SPEAKERS, BEE HOTEL WORKSHOP's, MERRI CREEK CLEAN UP’s AND THE ANNUAL BAKE SALE!

Activity information:

• Bee Hotel Workshops (Wed 21st, at lunch in C1, you’ll need to sign up at the library); Learn how to make your own Bee Hotel for Victoria’s Indigenous solitary bees (they don’t sting), you’ll even get to take your own one home!
• Merri Creek Clean up (Thurs 22nd, period 3+ lunch, sign up to this event in the library or see Paula Andreovski in the C Block office); Help make the Merri creek the beautiful place it should be, there’ll also be a BBQ lunch for everyone who helps out!
• Politics & the Climate Crisis (Thurs 22nd lunch in L4) Hear from a guest speaker about the root causes of the climate and ecological crisis we find ourselves in.
• Bake Sale (Fri 23rd, at lunch); Come and buy some delicious sweet goodies, there’ll also be many vegan and gluten free options!
