If you've got a head, you need a helmet!

A reminder that, as required by law, students should wear helmets if they are riding bikes to and from school (the contents of their skull are too valuable to risk!).  When arriving at school 

students should dismount to cross St George's Road and tram tracks at the pedestrian crossing.

We have recently had concerned community members contact us about student riders crossing from St George's Road to Sumner Avenue at high speed. 

To ensure pedestrian safety, bike riders should also walk their bikes through the school grounds, and park them only in designated areas. 

If your child rides to school we would appreciate you discussing these points with them.
