Dear Families

As we prepare to go into the holidays, I ask you to keep in mind the Vinnies Christmas Appeal which we support each year. St Vincent de Paul tell us “with over two million people living below the poverty line in Australia, your donation allows the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland to provide move than immediate help, it provides something much more valuable – the opportunity of a better life.” St Mary’s community has always supported this cause so generously and I ask that you continue to support those in need in any small way you can.

We will start collecting at the beginning of Term 4 and students are asked to bring any items they are donating to Pastoral Group each morning. We ask that you check expiry dates on food items as we can not gift any items that are nearing or at expiry.

Along with toys, gift cards, stationery, books, make up and toiletries, this is a list of suggested non-perishable goods:
