Cricket

Traditional warm February weather greeted us for our cricket event days. Competitive teams took part across each of the different age groups.

A special mention goes to the Year 8 boys team who won all of their pool matches and have progressed through to the North Metro Region round, which is scheduled for early term 4. 

Archie Henderson lead the team well as captain, while star inclusions, new students Jack Schembri and Bailey Hockey, bolstered the line up.

Baseball and Softball

The year 9/10 baseball team did very well, winning their first 2 matches before being bested in their last game by a strong Preston HS team.

Our year 9/10 softball team competed hard playing against a strong Northcote HS team, but were unable to come away with the win. 

Both of these teams should be very proud of their performance.

Volleyball and Tennis

Well done to the year 11/12 Boys Volleyball team that made it through to the pool final playoff, losing narrowly to Lalor SC.

Volleyball and Tennis for years 7-10 are the remaining interschool sports scheduled for this term.
