Congratulations to the Year 11 VCAL team running Project Friday, Project Homeless.

Thanks to the generosity of the school community, the collection drive to support Melbourne's homeless has received an abundance of donations. The Project Friday Team have sorted and packaged the donations, and are delivering the to St Marys House of Welcome in Fitzroy. at the end of this week.

While students have aimed this project to the benefit of the wider community, they are also using this valuable opportunity to learn new administrative and practical skills, extending their teamwork and communication skills, and all the while meeting key benchmarks for their VCAL course.  That is how you apply your learning!

Well done on a marvelous effort!!

Dear Brunswick Secondary College Community,

The VCAL Project Friday Clothing drive is now closed and on behalf of the Year 11 VCAL class, we are so grateful for your generous donations.  Please note that these donations will be used for a good cause, and are being sent to the Homeless Service at St Mary's House of Welcome in Fitzroy.
