MS SAIGE OTTREY - STUDENT EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
On Wednesday 4th May many students headed off across the region to compete in Winter Sports. All Students represented the school incredibly well.

Junior Football
Coached by: Mr Hirst and Mr Joyce
Our Junior Football Players went off to Cohuna and had a successful day out on the field winning all three matches against Swan HIll College, Kerang and Cohuna which will see them progress to the next round later on in the year. Congratulations to all the students.

Intermediate Football
Coached by : Mr Crow and Mr Haley
Our Intermediate Footballers spent the day in Kerang and unfortunately the boys lost to Swan Hill College however had good wins over Kerang and Cohuna.

Year 7 Girls Netball
Coached By: Ms Miliano and Ms Gurnett
The Year 7 Girls Netball had a huge interest this year and MacKillop were lucky enough to fill two teams, Mackillop 1 were the overall winners facing off in the Grand Final against Swan Hill College. They will progress to the next stage. Well done to all the girls for a great day on the court.
A special mention to the umpires and helpers that help the day run.
Year 8 Girls Netball

We were able to fill two Year 8 Netball teams as well, due to the large interest at signups. MacKillop 1 were the Winners and MacKillop 2 the runners up for the day.
Well Done to all the girls for a great day.

Intermediate Girls Netball

Our Intermediate girls went to Kerang for the day filling two teams. The girls had a great day coming runners up to the Swan Hill College.

Senior Girls Netball
Coached By: Ms Smith and Jorgie Allen
MacKillop were lucky enough to fill two senior netball teams and off to Cohuna they went. Both MacKillop sides had strong performances on the court however time ran out for a Grand Final to be played. MacKillop 2 were the overall winners. The girls will progress to the next level.

Girls Soccer

This year we had two teams.
Both teams played well defeating Kerang but unfortunately lost to Swan Hill College.
Best Players: Ngaire Harlan, Alicia Brunning, Sunny Barry, Abbey Houlihan, Hannalee Bacon, Carly Shepherd, Shakira Siggins and Yassmine Fox
Junior Boys Soccer

The Junior Boys soccer had a great day down at Ken Harrison Reserve in Swan Hill coming second in a kick off against Swan Hill College
Best Players: Cal Croskery, Sonny Tucker-Wood, Alex Olandezos, Iliya Hussain and Christian Anderson.
Senior Boys Soccer

Our Senior Boys Soccer were overall winners on the day and progress to Bendigo on Monday 23rd May. Good Luck to all the players and well done
