YEAR 7 INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC LESSONS
It is fabulous to see out newest musicians creating their first musical sounds!
Music lessons have commenced for all Year 7 students learning Brass, Woodwind, Percussion and Voice.
If there are any students who have not yet started and are interested in learning an instrument, please come over to the Performing Arts Centre to organize your first lesson.
We look forward to this musical group of students joining performances and concerts at Patterson-River.
YEAR 8 CONCERT BAND
It is great to be together after a long 2020…… It is fun being part of a band and we all enjoy playing our instruments together, learning along the way.
Each week we have been practicing and having fun learning new pieces as a band. We are building our repertoire of pieces, and are looking forward to performing these. Our first performance will be for our families and friends in an Open Rehearsal mid Term 2. Our big performance will be in Term 3 at the annual Musical Soiree – this year marking the 30th year of the Soiree commencing at PRSC.
