Their Care- Out of School Hours Care Program

Hello!! I'm back from holidays and super ready to get back into work and creating a fun space for the children, I cant wait to implement the fun things I learnt on my holiday and also tell the children all about the cool things I was lucky enough to see!! 

SPRING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

Over the school holidays the children engaged in multiple jam packed fun filled days. they had some incredible incursions, excursions and free play. 

The children made there own fooseball tables, these were a huge success and saw the children playing with them over the whole two weeks!! we had an incursion of a mystery solving game, the children showed a big interest as they wanted to be the ones who solved the mystery and we were able to dress up in our footy colours and have a great time doing all things football!!

For the second week we had a sports incursion, this had all children captivated and engaged, they really enjoyed all things sport and outside these holidays, we did science experiments, cooking classes, team building exercises, colouring competitions, lego building competitions and so much more!! on our final day of holidays we headed off to the movies and ate yummy popcorn. It was such a great way to end the holidays!!

Term 4: 

for Term 4 we will be working on our vegetable garden, we have started this already by building a vertical herb garden and the children were able to plant their own snapdragon flower. 

we spoke about what vegetables and fruits we would like to grow and how long we think it would take to grow.

We do ask that if you have any seeds you'd like to donate or can think of something that would look great in the garden, please don't hesitate to come over and have a chat or send an email regarding what you have.
