Easter Activities in the Cowra Japanese Gardens

There will be Easter activities at the Cowra Japanese Garden on Saturday 31st March for children aged up to 12 years old.

Children will participate in activities and games from 9am and will receive an Easter egg before they go home at 10.30am. Central West Castle Hire will be on hand with a jumping castle in operation too. While the children are having fun, parents and carers will be able to wander through the garden or have a relaxing coffee or morning tea in the café.

Children enter free but must be accompanied by a paying adult (adult entry is $15, concession $13).

Children must be registered to attend by contacting the Garden on 63412233 or email: info@cowragarden.com.au. Registrations close on Tuesday 27th March 2018.

2019 Rotary Youth Exchange Programme

Rotary District 9700 Youth Exchange Committee is calling for applications from students currently in years 9 or 10 wishing to take part in the Rotary Youth Exchange Programme in 2019.

Rotary District 9700 currently exchanges with Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Sweden and Taiwan.

Rotary Youth Exchange is respected all over the world as one of the best and most prestigious programmes available to students.

The Cowra Rotary Club would like to hear from any year 9 or 10 students who wants a life changing year in 2019.

Nominate a Sports Volunteer

Summer may be over but appreciation for summer sport volunteers isn’t!

Say thank you to a special volunteer that made summer sport possible with the Volunteer Sporting Spirit Award, where winners receive $250 toward a sports development course or program endorsed by Office of Sport.
