Year 9 Outdoor Pursuits - Aquatics Excursion

On a very hot day in February, our Year 9 Outdoor Pursuits class ventured to Port Noarlunga for our aquatics unit. 

We have been learning about hazards at the beach, how to be organised for a range of environmental conditions and collaboration in groups. There was no swell for surfing, however conditions were perfect for stand up paddle boarding and snorkelling. Students worked well together and were praised by the instructors for their participation and involvement in activities.
