World Champion Coach

The St Virgil’s College Community acknowledges and congratulates Old Virgilian, Michael Di Venuto (SVC 1986-91), on his contribution to Australia’s win in the World Test Cricket Championship against India 7-11 June at the Oval in London.  Michael is the batting coach for the Australian Team.

His next challenge – to help the Aussies retain the Ashes over the coming weeks.

Michael has had a stellar career in cricket as both a player and a coach. 

He was added to the St Virgil’s College Heritage Roll of Honour in 2009.
