LIBRARY NEWS

We’d like to send out a big “Welcome Back!” to all the students and look forward to seeing you in the library. Start of year procedures are well underway, with all of the new student records being added and updated on the library system. This will aloow students to borrow books and resources. To get the most out of the library, new students can request a guided tour from library staff during recess in Term 1. 

Displays have been a great way to engage students with the library at Wyndham College. Some favourites of ours, started this year, include:  

• Welcome back the books missed you
• Read the Stars
• Valentines Day

We have also updated our library catalogue page, which is used to communicate with students and staff; promote the library and events; and showcase resources. The Library Catalogue page can view found at:

Year 12 CAFS students have started their Independent Research Projects and, over the past few weeks, have been visiting the library for research skills workshops. We look forward to assisting these students with their chosen topics and seeing the projects take shape.
