Strong Start 2023

The Strong Start program saw Year 11 and 12 enjoy a Moove, Groove and Soothe session where they relaxed and connected with informal sports, games, hobbies and clubs.

Teachers were able to engage with students outside of the formal classroom and get to know students in preparation for the year ahead.

Welcome to our new Platinum Club Members

Welcome to the new Year 11 Platinum students. This group of high potential students have been connecting well in the Library over the past two days.

Assessment Handbooks

All Year 11 students received their Wyndham College showbag, which included the Assessment Handbook for their Preliminary year. The Handbook is also available on the school website under 'Learning - Assessment & Reporting'.

Parents and students are encouraged to read this guide to find out when students have assessment tasks due and what the assessment tasks for each subject are about.

Procedures for illness and misadventure are also included in the Assessment Handbook and we encourage you to become familiar with this information.

Host Family Opportunity

Ten Japanese students will be visiting Wyndham College in Term 1 between 26 March – 2 April this year. We are seeking families for single or double (same sex) placements.

Families will be paid a nominal amount per student placement and are required to provide breakfast, dinner, accommodation, and transport to and from school for the week of their stay.
