Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes 2026

It is time for us to launch our Samaritan's Purse Christmas Shoebox Appeal for 2026. These are gift boxes that we prepare over Term 3 and then send to children living in vulnerable situations in other countries. Beginning now allows time for donating, packing and shipping to ensure arrival by Christmas.

Each Primary classroom will be involved in packing a box through their RVE classes. Instructions will be emailed to families of each class so that you can support your child in exercising their compassion muscles as they build empathy for others. It is a great way for us to share the love of Jesus with others.

In addition, some families like to pack their own shoebox to donate. This would be most welcome, and the link below provides guidance, including information on how to purchase a label so that you can see where your box is delivered:

Over the last few years, our shoeboxes have been donated to children in Fiji, the Philippines and the Solomon Islands.

Our boxes will be packed for shipping by our Year 6 students at the end of Term 3.
