Dream & Lead Leadership Conference

On Wednesday we ventured to the city for the Dream and Lead Leadership conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre. We started the day with a bit of hiccup as there was a crash on the road, leading us to arrive 2 hours late!! Ah well, we are flexible and it was out of our control. 

After the first break we learned about public speaking and driving change in our school, no matter our age. We then learned about speaking up against bullying. It was a wonderful day and a very tired, quiet bus ride home!

Next term the year 6's and Student Council will participate in the Leader Up program to continue our work on leadership, so stay tuned!!
