Compass Events

Compass is the main communication tool between home and school, with notifications from classrooms, whole school messages, event information (excursions/incursions), reminders, student led conference bookings, newsletter etc.  We strongly encourage all parents to regularly check in to avoid missing deadlines and important information - late payments will not be accepted.  

Events currently requiring parent consent/payment:

• Year 1 Scienceworks - payment and consent 8/9/26
• Year 3 Camp - Balance due 3/8/26
• Year 4 Camp - Balance due 11/10/26
• Year 3 & 4 Hooptime - payment and consent due 5/8/26
• Years 5 & 6 'Living and Growing' - payment and consent due 10/8/26
• Years 5 & 6 District Summer Sport - payment and consent due 9/8/26

• Year 6 Bingo - payment and consent due 3/9/26

   

• VSSS Mass Dance - Balance due 20/8/26
• VSSS Mass Choir - Balance due 20/8/26

Soiree Ticket ordering issue - use this fix

We have been made aware that some families are experiencing difficulties when ordering tickets for the Performing Arts Soirée through Compass. In some cases, after entering the payment amount, it automatically reverts to $0.

Once you enter your purchase amount (eg $13, $26 or $39) press 'enter' (or 'go') which locks the amount in, and then press 'Enter payment details' to submit order.

 Compass Shortcut and Calendar

• Use the shortcut button (located at the bottom of the screen) to take you directly to any outstanding events/notifications or add an absence note. 
• Click on the Calendar button (located next to the shortcut button) to discover what is upcoming for your child.  Choose the 'by week' option for easier viewing.
