Please remember to log in to Xuno and complete all event consent forms and payments by the advertised due dates.
Timely consent and payment allow us to organise transport, staffing, catering and other event requirements, and ensure we meet Department of Education requirements before students attend incursions, excursions, camps and other off-site activities.
We are spending an increasing amount of time sending multiple reminder messages, some of which also incur a cost to the school. We kindly ask families to check Xuno regularly and respond by the due date.
Please note that if consent and payment are not received on time, your child may be unable to attend the event, as bookings and arrangements are finalised after the closing date.

Due to Department of Education emergency management requirements we are required to submit event details, including attendance numbers at least one week prior and therefore can not allow late purchases.

Elmore Field Days Volunteers Needed
A big thank you to everyone who has already volunteered their time to help at the upcoming Elmore Field Days – your support is greatly appreciated!
We still have a few rostered shifts that need to be filled. If you're available to lend a hand, we'd love to hear from you.

Parent Payments Contributions
School Council would like to thank families for all your support, whether through fundraising, volunteering or by making a voluntary contribution. This has made a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer.
Within our school your support allows us to:
- Offer a wide range of subjects and special curriculum experiences for our students across all year levels
- Employ a gardener to maintain the school grounds on a limited basis.
- Resurfacing of the hard surface sporting areas.
- Purchase of 20 Apple Ipads – allowing us to provide 1:1 technology for all students.
- Refurbishment of the Library
School council would like to ask families to please review the recommended voluntary financial contributions listed on your XUNO dashboard, (if you have already made a contribution these will not be visible). Please note the amounts shown are only suggested amounts and can be altered if you wish.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods to assist our families:

(Instalment Plans available on Xuno)
Centrepay instalments – for eligible families (see below)
Centrepay instalments are recommended for families who receive Centrelink benefits to assist with Parent Payments. Contact Lisa in the office if you would like further information about Centrepay. Centrepay is an easy and affordable way to pay off your contributions throughout the year.
