Nithil Hirimure Liyanage

Learning Support Officer and Tutor

Hello, my name is Nithil but I go by Nith. I was a previous student here at Nazareth and graduated in 2022. I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Science at Deakin. I have been working at Nazareth as a tutor for Homework club since 2024 and have recently started an LSO position here at Nazareth. I look forward to meeting and working with all of you.

Pre Service Teachers

Nazareth College is proud to support the development of future teachers through our ongoing partnerships with local universities. Throughout the year, we welcome pre-service teachers into our classrooms, providing them with valuable opportunities to apply their learning in a real-world educational setting.

Under the guidance of our experienced staff, these emerging educators gain practical experience, develop their professional skills, and contribute positively to our learning community.

We value the fresh perspectives and enthusiasm they bring and remain committed to fostering the growth of the next generation of teachers who will inspire and educate future students.

This Term we welcome:

As we move through the Term, may we all remember to be kind to ourselves, encourage one another, and celebrate the many achievements, both big and small, that contribute to the strength of our Nazareth community.

"Success is not the result of perfection, but of perseverance, purpose and a willingness to keep moving forward."
