Foundation Unit

We cannot believe there is only one more day of the school year left and that this will be our final newsletter for Foundation 2025!

Last Tuesday was Transition Day and the current Foundation students impressed us with their bravery and courage as they met their 2026 classes and teachers, and learnt where their new classrooms will be. The students returned to us after recess full of enthusiasm for Year1. Everyone spent some time after Transition Day to write letters to their new teachers.

The Foundation teachers would also like to thank all parents and carers for your ongoing support during your child’s first year of schooling. We are really proud of the home/school partnerships we have built with you over the course of the year in order to best support your children at school so that they can all flourish. We cannot express enough, just how incredibly proud we are of all the students and how much they have grown, both socially and academically this year! It has been wonderful getting to know all of your children and we wish them all the very best for 2026 and beyond!
