‘Food For Families’ Drive
Beaumaris Secondary College
Just a reminder that our annual Food For Families drive is underway, and we’re thrilled to see the community coming together to support families facing food insecurity.
With only two weeks remaining, we encourage everyone to participate and make a meaningful contribution — you might even like to pick up a collection box from Reception, take it to your workplace to fill and return it by Friday 12 December.
Food For Families is a wonderful organisation dedicated to providing essential food items to families facing food insecurity. Their mission aligns perfectly with our values, and we believe that together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those who need our support. Watch this short video to see how every item we collect brings hope and meals to families doing it tough.
We encourage each family to make a meaningful contribution by donating:
- Non-perishable food items
- Other essential items including personal hygiene and cleaning products
New Toys
Please see the attached ‘Shopping List’ for more information along with a 'Reverse Advent Calendar' for each day in November.
Donations can be delivered to Reception until Friday 12 December.
We believe that small acts of kindness can have a big impact, and by coming together as a school community, we can make a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and support. Let's show the true spirit of the Beaumaris Secondary College community!
