House News

Winter has come and gone and we now welcome Spring. We are seeing our students flourish as the warmer weather approaches. This term has seen Walton students becoming involved in a range of different activities which has seen participation at the highest ever! Well done everyone!

This term has seen several special programmes on offer and our students have represented the College through a range of activities, the most recent being the House Athletics Day. This was a spectacular day filled with sporting events where our students represented Walton, resplendent in yellow as they ran, jumped and threw javelins, discus and shotput. For those that were not that way inclined, they were still able to get House Points through alternative activities including the tug-of-war, Jenga and other gaming pursuits. What a fantastic day to enjoy and celebrate all things, Walton!

During the term, we also had students represent the School in the VEX Robotics competition. Having built and programmed their robots, the competition was fierce, and they did a great job. We look forward to hearing how they go in future tournaments!

With Term 4 rapidly approaching, we look forward to seeing the accomplishments of our Walton family. The Year 12 students will finish up and have their final assembly in Week 3 then for the VCE General students it will be time to prepare for exams. We are so proud of all our Year 12s who have worked so hard all year, it is coming to an end and whether you are a VCE General Student with exams, a VCE VM or VPC student who is finalising your assessments, we wish you all the best for your results. 

Well done and we look forward to hearing about the next chapter in your lives.

· ARTS/STEM week

· Year 12 Mystery Activity

· Year 12 Final Assembly

· Exams

· Final House Assembly

· And so much more!
