Dorothy's Chocolate Cake

One of Heatherwood's favourite traditions is 'Dorothy's Chocolate Cake'. 

Dorothy Dixon, a past teacher, is being remembered, and it was Dorothy who introduced this cake in the Trade Kitchen. I would like to share some memories from the past when our Food Tech classes used this delicious chocolate cake, working together to make cakes for special occasions. Extra cupcakes were included to always ensure there was cake for everyone.

• Opening 'Max's Shed' 
• Opening the new Admin/ Library wing 
• Celebrating the House with a class who were born the same year the house was built
